I-GO is collaborating with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to support small businesses’ sustainability efforts.

The I-GO solution has been developed to help SMEs avail of the opportunities presented by resource efficiency. The main objective of the I-GO solution is to align the vast array of resource efficiency guidance, capacity building and financing provided by many different organizations with the everyday operations of an individual business.

A core component of the I-GO solution is the SME self-assessment tool, which enables an SME learn about the opportunities to improve the resource efficiency of their specific operations.

The EBRD connects SMEs with expert consultants and advisers who help them improve their operations across a spectrum of business areas. In addition, the Bank offers grants to eligible SMEs to partly cover the costs associated with these projects.
